Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We ship to the US  only

  • Custom product orders take 7-10 business days to fulfill, depending in our order volume. 

  • Some products are shipped from our Tampa location and others are shipped from our 3rd party fulfillment partners. Therefore,  your order may ship in different packages.

  • Orders shipped from our Tampa location will be sent by UPS. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages or damaged items. We strongly suggest filing a claim with the delivering courier to resolve such issues. If you purchased package protection, please contact the corresponding protection that you purchased.

  • Customers have the option of choosing package protection at checkout if available. Please note, customers incur this protection cost in addition to normal shipping fees. By adding this protection the customer is protected for stolen and damaged items. If the customer does not purchase this protection at the time of checkout, it can't be added later. 

  • Any orders sent back due to an insufficient/incorrect address at checkout must repay shipping costs to get the order resent (even if your order qualified for free shipping initially). 

Returns

  • All sales are final except for clothing (graphic tees are final sale), wearable accessories, & shoes.  

  • If you purchase an "Oopsie" item you are accepting that the items come with minor defects (however fully functional) for a reduced purchase price. Therefore, all sales final applies to these type of items as well.

  • Clothing (excluding graphic tees), accessories & shoe returns are subject to 3rd party fulfiller policies that are out of control. Items must be unworn and contain original tags within 30 days to be able to qualify for a refund (no exchanges). Please email us for any questions regarding returns. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances for items that are final sale.

  • We do not offer reimbursement for stolen or missing packages. Any customer, that purchased package protection (if available at checkout) must contact that company themselves to find a resolution. We do not handle those situations ourselves.

  • If you believe you received a defective item, missing items, or receive the wrong items please contact us within 72 hours. 

  • We will not accept exchanges or returns for items that we believe were consequences of mishandling by a mailing courier. 

  • We are not liable for the misuse or misapplication of any product (cups, shirts, vinyl decals, and etc).
